Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for a multi-use facility construction account. You will lead project management from initiation through completion for ground-up and facility infrastructure projects, with up to 50% travel regionally.

You will work with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and quality, while directing the project delivery team and ensuring data integrity and governance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience desired.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Kahua or similar PM software; ERP experience.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of real estate project management from initiation to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk plans.
• Define required resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity, timely documentation, and coordination across teams.
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress.
