Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction in the United States. This full-time role involves managing ground-up and facility infrastructure projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring scope, budget, and milestones are met.

Travel up to 50% regionally in the Eastern Time Zone. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience; LEED AP, PMP, CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity, timely and coordinated documentation.
