Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management for real estate, infrastructure or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams and large real estate programs.
• Proficiency with project controls, schedules, budgets and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate and industrial projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, milestones and resource needs.
• Lead bid processes, vendor selections, and resource allocation; develop charter and integrated timelines.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Lead meetings to review status and guide teams to successful project delivery.
