Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager for multi-use facility construction to lead ground up and facility infrastructure projects in the Eastern region. The role requires coordination with clients, design, cost and schedule management, and robust governance.

You will travel up to 50% regionally, primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, and guide the delivery team while maintaining data integrity and risk controls. A strong background in construction management and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired
• Proficiency in MS Office; Kahua or similar PM software and ERP experience (D365)
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages and financial calculations

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects from initiation to closeout
• Prepare scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, milestones, quality control and risk
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations
• Implement governance aligned with company/client requirements
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and report variances
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation/contingency plans
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines
• Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values and build consensus
