Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Modular Building Programs to lead HAC (Hot/Cold) Aisle Containment and Spark MDC initiatives. You will own planning, estimating, and execution for engineered-to-order programs, balancing cost, schedule, and quality while coordinating across design, production, and field teams.

You’ll manage multiple variants, release drawings, and ensure accurate BOMs and material takeoffs, driving rapid, repeatable execution in a fast-growing modular data center

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, prefabrication, or manufacturing product delivery with exposure to multi-disciplinary products.
• Minimum 5+ years managing projects within electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing.
• BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field.
• Cost management ownership including takeoffs, BOM accuracy, and variance analysis.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and provide feedback on design risk.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast-turn programs without schedule or cost slippage.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com or Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Visual; Acumatica preferred.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration; safety-sensitive compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hot/Cold Aisle Containment Programs: manage concurrent HAC programs from award through fabrication, kitting, and shipment.
• Configuration Control: manage HAC design variants and ensure correct released design, BOM, and material takeoff.
• Budget Reporting and Forecasting: own material-driven cost performance, drive takeoff accuracy and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management: coordinate scope delineation with customers and installers; document transfers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Estimating on pricing support and inputs for HAC pursuits.
• Production Release Readiness: drive drawing release, BOM completeness, kitting plan, and shop packets.
• Logistics and Delivery: manage shipment sequencing to match install schedules.
• Spark™ Program Support: assist Spark™ MDC programs with schedule maintenance and documentation.
• Strategic Change & Risk Management: maintain change/risk logs and produce schedule impact reporting.
• Process Improvement: standardize HAC estimating templates, BOM structures, and production packets.
• Executive Dashboard Inputs: provide timely, accurate project metrics for sector dashboards.
