Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Project Manager to own Engineered to Order and Modular Data Center projects. You will convert complex customer requirements into actionable scope, coordinate with in-house engineering and manufacturing, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage cost, risk, and change control, drive AHJ compliance, and report metrics to the PMO. This is a full-time role requiring 7+ years in construction/engineering/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field and relevant PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of building and electrical codes for permit processes.
• Experience with cost budgeting, risk management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organizing and executing Engineered to Order and Modular Data Center projects.
• Define goals, budgets and schedules; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and procurement.
• Manage customer relationships and change control processes.
• Own cost-to-complete reporting and margin management.
• Ensure AHJ permits and compliance across jurisdictions.
