Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager of Modular Building Programs to own the PMO for Spark MDC and PDC units, leading a team of project managers and handling the most challenging programs and customer conversations. You will coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver modular data center projects on time and within budget.

You will shape capacity planning, change management, and program economics while driving standardization and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering modular building projects in construction, engineering or manufacturing.
• 8+ years in project management roles.
• Proven leadership of teams of project managers.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage change.
• Proficient with scheduling and cost management across portfolios.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and scheduling tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated schedule for Spark MDC and PDC programs across production planning and operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers; set standards for schedule quality, cost accuracy, and communication.
• Act as senior escalation point for modular customers and negotiate changes.
• Plan capacity and takt-time with manufacturing operations to optimize line loading.
• Govern engineering change processes and manage portfolio risk with cross-functional teams.
• Define program margins and own cost-to-complete forecasting with Project Controls.
• Drive standardization of PMO processes and templates across configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on feasibility and manufacturability before commitments.
• Own the modular executive dashboard: throughput, on-time delivery, backlog, and margin.
