Job summary

Crusoe seeks a Senior Project Manager to own planning, organizing, and executing Engineered to Order (ETO) and Modular Data Center projects with precision. You will convert complex customer requirements into actionable scope while collaborating with in-house engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will champion managing customer expectations, coordinating manufacturing activities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of project management experience in electrical equipment, construction, engineering or manufacturing.
• BS in Business, Engineering or Construction Management or closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage scope, change orders, budgets and schedules across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Engineered to Order (ETO) and Modular Data Center projects from concept to delivery.
• Define goals, budgets and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams including estimating, engineering, procurement, production and accounting.
• Manage customer relationships and stakeholder communications, including change control and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety standards and ISO 9001:2015.
