Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to own the control system deliverables for the company’s modular data center platform. You will produce point lists, instrument schedules, I/O assignments, and control drawings, and validate them through factory acceptance testing before shipment.

This Denver-based role involves moving between design and factory floors, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring repeatable design packages across builds.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial instrumentation and controls across design and commissioning lifecycle.
• Strong ownership of design deliverables from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Own I&C design deliverables for building-level systems, including point lists, I/O, schedules, and drawings.
• Develop FAT protocols and lead testing on control panels and modules.
• Resolve substitutions and field deviations by adapting procedures.
• Standardize repeatable design packages and templates for scalable modular platforms.
• Coordinate with control panel fabricators, systems integrators, and vendors.
