Crusoe is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical design team, translating complex customer requirements into production-ready models and drawings for modular buildings and power distribution equipment.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of mechanical design experience, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and proven leadership. You will balance execution with mentorship, ensuring DFMA alignment and ECO-driven lifecycle control on safety‑sensitive projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of hands-on mechanical design experience.
• Proven supervisory or management experience (1–2 years).
• Expert in 3D modeling with SolidWorks and PDM.

Mansioni

• Directly manage a team of mechanical design engineers; conduct 1-on-1s and reviews.
• Own the engineering workqueue and allocate resources.
• Step in to perform advanced IC work when needed.
• Review mechanical deliverables: BOMs, specs, analysis.
