Crusoe is seeking a Project Executive to lead and oversee multiple modular data center construction projects nationwide. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Travel up to 40% to sites, build and guide construction teams, and manage substantial budgets. Candidates should have 10+ years in mission-critical construction, with experience in hyperscale data centers or similar complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in construction management of mission-critical projects.
• Preferred experience building hyperscale data centers or similar facilities.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-site AI data center construction projects.
• Build and lead teams of construction professionals.
• Interface with internal teams including Spark product, cloud, and networking groups; liaise with factory colleagues.
• Manage large-scale budgets and timelines.
• Travel up to 40% to oversee sites and assess future opportunities.
