Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to own international modular data center deployments, leading projects from powered land to Available to Customer. You will navigate varying regulatory regimes, construction norms, and interconnection standards while writing the playbook for future sites.

The role requires travel up to 50% (including international trips) and close collaboration with Legal, Trade Compliance, HR, and in-country partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-15+ years of experience managing complex capital infrastructure projects.
• Budgets exceeding $500M and international delivery experience.
• Experience navigating foreign regulatory regimes and cross-border logistics.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment lifecycle for modular data center projects across geographies.
• Coordinate with in-country partners, regulators, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Mitigate risks in procurement, construction, and interconnection for cross-border builds.
• Standardize processes and write deployment playbooks for future sites.
• Report project status to executives and align with Spark product and execs.
