Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Dallas-based team. You will lead complex construction projects, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships.

This individual will mentor project staff and drive safe, on-time delivery across multi-million-dollar scopes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial construction, with proficiency in Excel, Procore, Synchro, and related tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading projects from conception through completion.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project financials, schedule, risk, quality, and client relationships.
• Supervise project team including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Lead cost-saving and value-engineering initiatives and ensure contract alignment.
