Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with Data Center MEP experience to lead large-scale projects in Dallas. You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and client relationships while guiding project teams and coordinating with owners, subs, unions, and vendors.

A strong background in healthcare and office building projects is preferred, along with advanced proficiency in project tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Healthcare and office building experience preferred.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with owners, subs, and vendors.
• Proficiency with industry tools and software for cost control, scheduling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project costs and report to leadership monthly.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of the project schedule and ensure on-time completion.
• Mentor, train, and supervise Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Lead preconstruction activities, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Identify cost savings through value engineering and ensure contract compliance.
