Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Project Manager / Senior PM - Mechanical to lead mechanical construction projects across multiple Texas markets. You will own scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety, directing teams and interfacing with clients, GC, and design professionals.

The role supports projects up to $10 million with potential for senior level assignments. Compensation will reflect experience and market benchmarks, with opportunities for advancement in a collaborative, growth-focused

Qualifications

• 4-year mechanical engineering or construction science degree, or commensurate levels of technical training and related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical construction project management experience across commercial/industrial sectors.
• OSHA-30 certification, or ability to obtain within six months from hire.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, piping systems, and relevant codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction on mechanical construction projects up to $10 million in value.
• Partner with project superintendent to control project development.
• Staff key project positions and maintain client and design-team relationships.
• Negotiate, prepare, and manage subcontracts and vendor performance.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule and variance reports.
• Manage all contract costs, billings, collections, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and standards.
