Upgrade Resources is seeking a Project Engineer II - Mechanical for multiple Texas markets. This on-site role reports to the project leadership and coordinates with stakeholders to drive project execution and technical solutions in HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.

You will interpret plans, assemble submittals, procure equipment, and manage change orders while ensuring schedule adherence and budget control.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing plans; strong communication.

Mansioni

• Support the project team on multiple mechanical projects.
• Serve as lead technical resource on smaller projects.
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders on project matters.
• Keep stakeholders informed on timelines and budget.
• Manage change orders and track impacts.
• Estimate impacts of project changes.
• Expedite materials as needed.
• Provide interpretation of plans and specifications.
• Assemble submittal packages and project docs.
• Procure equipment, materials, and services.
• Participate in subcontractor selection and hiring.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical questions.
