Upgrade Resources in Texas seeks a Project Manager / Senior PM for electrical construction. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety on projects ranging up to $10 million, coordinating with the project superintendent, clients, general contractors, and design teams.

Openings across multiple Texas markets; titles and compensation are determined during interview. Requires an engineering degree and 3+ years of electrical PM experience; OSHA-30; PMP preferred; bilingual a plus.

Competenze

• Requires 4-year degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with NEC/codes and change order pricing is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide overall management direction on electrical construction projects with accountability for scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Lead each project with the superintendent and coordinate with client, GC, and design team.
• Evaluate contract scope and staff key positions through regional heads and superintendents.
• Negotiate, prepare, and issue subcontracts and manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and update master project schedule and variance reports to control schedule and budget.
• Manage all financial aspects of contracts including costs, billing, collections, and change orders.
• Develop new business opportunities for a given client group or market.
• Ensure document controls, closeout, and as‑built delivery compliance.
• Supervise and mentor assistant project managers and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and applicable codes.
