Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects across the DFW region, with a focus on piping, plumbing, and HVAC systems, from pre-construction through closeout.

This role requires strong leadership for project teams, rigorous scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control, plus coordinating with owners, subcontractors, engineers, and internal staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore and MS Project.
