Upgrade Resources in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects from planning through closeout. The role requires ownership of budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and client communication on self-perform mechanical projects.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of experience for PM or 8+ years for Senior PM, with expertise in budgeting, procurement, change management, and coordination with general contractors,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience with a commercial mechanical or plumbing contractor
• Experience managing self-performed HVAC, plumbing, and/or mechanical piping scopes with budget and profitability accountability
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, billing, cost control, contract review, procurement, subcontract administration, and change order management
• Excellent communication with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teams

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
• Own project results across budget, schedule, safety, quality, profitability
• Review contracts, scopes of work, specs, and subcontractor obligations; identify risk early
• Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules of values, billings, and cost-to-complete reporting
• Prepare payment applications and review subcontractor payments and documentation
• Identify, price, submit, negotiate, and track change orders
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor buyout, and long-lead equipment planning
• Maintain logs, project records, and closeout documentation
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with field leadership to improve productivity
