Washington Gas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure initiatives across the U.S. Utilities Enterprise.

The role requires defining objectives, scopes, costs, schedules, and governance, while coordinating across business, strategy, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a PMP certification, 7+ years of PM experience, and a strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects within regulated environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Construction Management required, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, including cross-functional projects.
• Experience in PMO or structured project governance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define major projects and strategic initiatives with leaders to align with priorities.
• Develop integrated project plans with activities, milestones, dependencies and resource needs.
• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Establish project controls, track risks, issues, changes, and decisions; ensure timely documentation.
• Provide governance, stage-gate oversight, and quality assurance for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; lead lessons learned and closeout activities.
