Job summary

WGL Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Major Projects Delivery in the United States. The role leads planning and execution of high-impact infrastructure initiatives across our utilities enterprise, requiring travel within service territories.

You will collaborate with business and strategy leaders to define scope, schedule, cost, and governance, ensuring alignment with regulatory commitments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Seven+ years of progressive project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define major projects and align with priorities and requirements.
• Lead initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of projects.
• Support program/portfolio planning, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; manage governance and decisions.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols for projects.
• Lead closeout activities and capture lessons learned.
