Job summary

TheCompany is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute utility infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety guidelines across gas, water, and utility initiatives.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, review designs and permits, manage risks, and report progress to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, PM, business administration, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with utilities, infrastructure, water, or related industries preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility infrastructure projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, and utility stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review designs, construction plans, permits, and specifications.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support capital planning and budgeting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned processes.
