Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager III in Orlando, FL to lead complex live-event projects from planning through delivery. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teamwork across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

As a senior project leader, you will translate client requirements into actionable plans, balance standard and custom solutions, and drive results while maintaining TAIT’s standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years project management or related experience in entertainment or live events.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; scheduling tools (MS Project, Asana).
• Budget management and analysis; familiarity with ERP/CRM and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multidimensional projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Translate client needs into actionable TAIT plans balancing standard and custom solutions.
• Drive client satisfaction and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations and support.
• Monitor risks, changes, and project finances; prepare status reports and proposals.
• Lead in pricing, quotes, and contingencies; ensure contractual and legal alignment.
