Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager in Raleigh N.C. to provide leadership for highly complex projects within the National Life Science/Pharma group. You will drive project outcomes, manage safety culture and profitability, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires coordinating preconstruction, procurement, and scheduling with responsibility for budget, risk, and change control to achieve project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience (preferred).
• 6+ years pharma/biopharma project experience (preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety plan and fosters a safety-focused culture.
• Oversees preconstruction and construction planning activities including estimating, scheduling and risk management.
• Prepares and manages project budgets and cost forecasts; drives profitability.
• Manages subcontractor bid analysis, change orders and contract administration.
• Leads project meetings (monthly reviews, OAC) and ensures successful project closeout.
