Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, including life science/pharma endeavors. The role drives project outcomes, profitability, and administration in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Reporting to the National Life Science/Pharma group, you will mentor teams, manage preconstruction and construction activities, and coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors to deliver on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project safety culture and mentors staff.
• Oversees preconstruction estimates and buyout processes.
• Develops project budgets and GMP/hard bid considerations.
• Leads meetings and reports with project team and stakeholders.
• Manages subcontractor coordination, submittal and change management processes.
