Daksta is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will manage multi-million dollar projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing projects exceeding $5M or multiple concurrent projects over $1M.
• Mechanical Construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to resolve complex project challenges independently.
• Experience within life sciences or advanced technology industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects ranging from $20M+.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and potential challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
