Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall direction and leadership for significantly complex projects within the National Life Science/Pharma group. The role oversees operations, profitability and administration, aligning with the company’s strategy and values.

Responsibilities include guiding safety culture, preconstruction support, cost and schedule management, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction management experience preferred, pharma/biopharma experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentoring to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and bid package development.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Lead monthly project reviews and oversee change management and subcontractor pay processes.
