Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Houston seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership for highly complex projects and multiple workstreams. This role drives strategy, schedule, budget, safety, and quality in support of JE Dunn’s standards and pharma sector focus.

The successful candidate will partner with clients, design teams and subcontractors, manage risk, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while promoting a culture of safety and Lean principles across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 10+ years pharma/biopharma experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex construction projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of safety culture and project execution from start to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedule, budgets and procurement logs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including owners, design teams, vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare change requests and leading monthly review meetings.
