Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-million dollar construction projects within our scaled division. You will lead Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets while escalating issues and driving client satisfaction.

This role offers strong upside with a 20% annual incentive, a staged path into leadership, and ownership of key accounts across a publicly traded parent company.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Self-perform construction experience strongly preferred; managing subcontractors is less direct.
• Demonstrated leadership of Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers.
• Field experience is a significant plus.
• Industrial or heavy commercial background preferred; exteriors experience is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, mentoring PMs and AMs.
• Escalation point for PM issues and direct customer communications.
• Develop, coach, and provide performance feedback to PMs and AMs.
• Establish best practices, policies, processes, and participate in hiring decisions.
• Drive safe, high-quality project execution within schedule and budget.
• Maintain key client relationships and executive-level communication.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
• Travel approximately 2-3 days per month to project sites.
