Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Project Manager to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience in commercial or heavy civil construction, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, costs, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and report to leadership and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and company standards.
• Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities.
