Jobot is hiring multiple Project Managers with commercial ground-up experience to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects nationwide. You will oversee from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule objectives are achieved.

This is a senior leadership role with strong growth potential. The position requires 10+ years in PM on large-scale construction, a related degree, and excellent communication and leadership skills; travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction
• Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed
