Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office with deep experience in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects. You will lead several project teams, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years’ experience on projects from $5M-$50M, strong proficiency with Procore, and a track record mentoring staff, negotiating with subcontractors, and reporting progress to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple project teams and manage project budgets.
• Perform annual reviews and train management staff.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and review subcontractor agreements and mark ups.
• Report progress to client and stakeholders.
• Work with Pre-Construction to advise on scope coverage.
