Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major, complex construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. You’ll oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, self-perform teams where applicable, quality control, safety compliance, and client relations.

You’ll guide project budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and risk mitigation while mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic, growth-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience on large/complex projects.
• Experience managing diverse project types (healthcare, hospitality, corporate, institutional, data center, retail).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle execution of large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, quality, safety and sustainability goals.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting, change orders, value engineering, and risk mitigation to maintain financial performance.
• Serve as main point of contact with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
