Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and transcribe detailed meeting minutes clearly.
• Inspect construction site daily and schedule deliveries with subcontractors.
• Review designs and drawings for crafts installing materials and qualifications.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Prepare RFIs and manage change orders with Owner input.
