Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our San Diego, CA office. The role focuses on tracking schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client needs, in compliance with company policies and our core values.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field and at least five years of construction experience, including large commercial projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction.
• Experience with large commercial projects (healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology) is preferred.
• Scheduling knowledge of Primavera P6 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the preconstruction process and its integration into construction.
• Manage project setup, budgets, safety, quality, and client needs.
• Lead the project team, establish roles, and ensure timely change orders and schedules.
• Oversee BIM management and coordination, and ensure compliance with Owner contracts.
