Qualifications

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five+ years in telecommunications or related field; large+ complex projects >$1M.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and report on the largest profile projects with focus on risk management and client experience.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address challenges during project execution.
• Mentor and coach partnering Project Managers to enhance their development and skills.
• Track project financials, KPIs, forecasting, and invoicing related activities.
