Project Manager will oversee the largest contract projects, ensuring safety, quality and financial performance, while mentoring the PM team and serving as escalation point for operations. Travel to jobsites as needed and collaboration with operations management are essential to deliver on-time, on-budget results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Seven years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five or more years in telecommunications or related field.
• Experience managing large projects over $1M.
• Proficient with scheduling tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Wrike, Smartsheet, Excel.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and report on the largest profile projects with focus on risk and client experience.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for project execution.
• Mention mentoring and coaching of partnering Project Managers.
• Engage in significant project escalations and ensure resolution.
• Manage workload distribution and oversee profitability.
