• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in related projects.
• Expert knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and design engineering aspects.
• Strong verbal and written communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team for a large/complex project or multiple smaller projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with status updates.
• Develop and implement project strategies with management.
• Oversee budgets, cost/revenue projections, change orders.
• Lead project meetings and manage scope and schedule.
• Mentor and coach project team; delegate tasks.
• Present proposals to clients and communicate with stakeholders.
