Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the execution of designated large-scale projects. This role will lead Field Engineers and Technicians to achieve goals within time and profitability constraints.

Responsibilities include staffing, resource allocation, and maintaining project schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards. The candidate should possess PMP certification and strong knowledge of NEC/OSHA/NFPA, with excellent verbal and written communication

Qualifications

PMP certification preferred.
Knowledge of the National Electric Code and OSHA/NFPA.
Proficient with MS Word, Project, Excel, Power Point, Latista, Google Docs.

Responsibilities

Review project proposals to determine time frame, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allotment for each phase.
Confer with Service Center Manager or Region Director to outline work plan and assign duties and scope of authority.
Establish work plan and staffing for each phase and arrange assignment of project personnel.
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
Review status reports and modify schedules or plans as required.
