Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and cost control processes.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project planning phases.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress, financials, and key milestones.
