Job summary

Executive Construction Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to supervise multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding sitework, foundations, and buildouts while mentoring junior staff.

This role demands strong leadership, collaboration with architects and engineers, and a relentless focus on safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You’ll own project schedules, budgets, bidding processes, and subcontractor coordination, with opportunities for growth and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering preferred and 7+ years in construction mgmt, or 10+ years in construction industry.
• Experience leading preconstruction, bidding, procurement, scheduling, and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop master project schedules and manage budgets, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for constructability and safety.
• Mentor and coach junior PMs and engineers to align with company procedures.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and bid reviews.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety programs.
