Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Houston is seeking a Senior Project Manager for land development to lead the preparation of plans and specifications for paving, grading, drainage, water lines and sanitary sewers. You will act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensure clear communication, and supervise engineers and CAD technicians with guidance and mentorship.

You will manage project reporting, timelines and invoicing to align with budgets, and oversee projects for cities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• 6–10+ years of experience in land development including multi-family, residential and commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects, overseeing development of plans and specifications (paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, etc.).

What we're looking for:
