  • Provide technical guidance, quality assurance, and task planning to ensure the team delivers high quality deliverables on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project delivery team, subconsultants, and jurisdictional review staff.
  • Build and uphold a strong professional reputation by serving as a trusted advisor to clients and consultant partners through technical excellence, professionalism, and a consistent commitment to accountability, honesty, and transparency.
  • Utilize project accounting software (such as Ajera) to track team productivity, budgets, schedules, and process invoices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to lead with clarity and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
  • Comfortable attending marketing events and developing a professional network.
