    deadlines.
  • Develop and refine internal standards, templates, reports, and checklists to improve design consistency,
streamline workflows, and enhance team efficiency.
  • Act as a technical “firefighter” during construction, providing rapid and effective solutions to RFIs,
unforeseen site conditions, and time-sensitive challenges.

  • coordination, jurisdictional inspector coordination and project closeout procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
  • 4+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong focus on private land development projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design, permitting, and construction-phase support.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing civil design documents and permit applications.
  • Project experience in the City of Austin
