Placements24 seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee large infrastructure projects in Randburg, Gauteng. The role combines on-site supervision with planning and admin tasks performed remotely, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in managing complex construction programs, excellent leadership, and a deep understanding of PM methodologies. PMP is highly desirable; hybrid work and regional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management within construction/infrastructure.
• PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage procurement of materials.
