Ideal candidates have 10+ years of civil project management experience, PMP is a strong asset, and a proven record of delivering multi-million rand programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.
• Experience managing multi-million rand infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and construction law.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure safety, sustainability, and technical excellence across projects.
