Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years IT project management experience with system implementations and infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding R10 million.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget and risk management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure effective execution of tasks.
• Communicate project progress, risks and issues to senior management and business units.
• Oversee selection and implementation of new IT systems, software, hardware and infrastructure.
• Ensure IT governance, security policies, and compliance throughout lifecycles.
• Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for outsourced IT services.
