A national design-build contractor (six decades in business and growing fast) is expanding its industrial team in Philadelphia and hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing and industrial projects across PA and surrounding markets.

Why this role

- In-house, integrated design-build with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction), so you deliver with real control over cost, schedule, and constructability
- A pipeline weighted toward negotiated and repeat-client work, the kind that means stability, not firefighting
- Significant leadership visibility and a genuine path to grow as the business grows
- A culture built on teamwork, transparency, and integrity, from a firm that sees itself as a long-term partner to its clients, not just a builder
- Advanced manufacturing facilities
- Cold storage & temperature-controlled buildings
- Food & beverage processing plants
- Distribution & logistics centers
- Industrial expansions, retrofits & operational upgrades
What you’ll do
- Lead projects through every phase of delivery, preconstruction through closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
- Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy
- Partner closely with superintendents to keep sites efficient and performing
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and financial reporting
- Hold the line on safety, quality, and operational standards across every project
- Mentor project engineers and junior project managers
What you bring
- 10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction
- Required experience in manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage
- A track record on projects exceeding $10M
- Strong design-build and preconstruction experience
- Command of budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination
- Confidence leading technically complex, fast-track builds
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
