Appleton Finn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Kansas City area. You will coordinate with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver on time and on budget.

The role requires 10–12+ years in construction/project management, with proven industrial experience, design-build and preconstruction know-how, and strong financial and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Industrial/manufacturing construction experience.
• Design-build and preconstruction experience.
• Strong financial, contractual, scheduling, and client management skills.
• GC experience strongly preferred.
• Procore, CMiC, P6, MS Project or similar experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead design-build and early-engagement delivery.

Our client is a highly respected and growing General Contractor with a strong presence throughout the Philadelphia market. They are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of industrial and manufacturing work.

The SPM will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with owners, design partners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

What We're Looking For
