Our client, an established and growing industrial construction and engineering firm, is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects at industrial and energy facilities. This is a high-visibility role with ownership of projects from planning through closeout, and a clear path to senior project leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through closeout
• Review specifications and build project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
• Prepare and present scopes of work, estimates, drawings, and schedules for clients
• Direct subcontractors and self-perform crews, balancing resources across multiple teams
• Plan procurement and material, equipment, and tool deliveries in coordination with purchasing
• Track project progress and costs, and adjust plans to keep work on target
• Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and negotiating change orders
• Deliver weekly and monthly status reports, including labor tracking
• Flag risks early to leadership and drive solutions
• Work alongside engineering, contracts, and accounting teams to hit project milestones
• Oversee project billing, payments, and cost verification
• Evaluate warranty claims and determine scope and coverage
• Maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards on every project

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
• 3-5+ years of construction project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (required)
• Industrial construction experience preferred
• Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Willingness to travel up to 25% - local jobsites
